Here's how it works:  I will take a picture of your favorite house, or view, or park, or church, or scene, ... and I will convert it to a "watercolor" and print it on my computer.  I will mat and frame it.  I can even gift wrap it for you.  Interested?   Want to see more?

Live FAR AWAY or  Only have a picture?   Send it to me, and I will scan it, enhance it, print it,  mat it, and mail it back to you (no frame) along with the original.

A good quality photo needs to be clear - not at all blurry.    It can't be too dark, and shouldn't be too light or I won't be able to pick up the correct colors.  Most cameras these days put out pretty nice pictures.  If the house is a ranch, I usually take the picture at an angle so that the picture isn't all driveway.  I can take out power lines and "trim" the hedges a little, maybe add a few flowers...  Avoid taking pictures at high noon.

I can crop any picture you have - but if the house is too far away,  I may not be able to get a clear picture of it to convert to a watercolor.   A good quality 4 x 6  will be fine for the size.

As far as payment goes, I would like a check sent along with the picture (or pictures) you send.   If you want to send half before and then half after, that would be okay.  I will return the picture!   It will only take a week or so for me to finish it.
